Excellent! Glad you're finding the time. Keep the posts coming. Maybe some anecdotes about entrepreneurship? Or thoughts/ideas on agile product development and customer service? I've been very impressed with the transparency and responsiveness of BackType. It's a new model and for those able to implement change that quickly, it's powerful and efficient in giving users value.

Not sure if the content here will be that practical, but BackType support certainly is: whenever we see an e-mail, tweet, comment, etc, we just respond immediately. Our opinions of transparency follow those of openness, collaboration, etc -- the more, the better :)
